Circuit Training Specialist Level II

An advanced Instructor Certification for those wanting to add exciting new formats and levels to their existing circuit training program.

Level III

This certification provides an instructor with different approaches for circuit led classes. You will learn many new formats to help members enhance fitness and also keep motivational levels optimal. This will take a you a step beyond traditional hydraulic circuit led classes.

The workout includes a circuit training format with hydraulic equipment, xertubes, resist-a-balls, aerobic dance and yoga movements with controlled breathing. By including new formats, members can expect to see new changes in every aspect of fitness. All members at any fitness level can participate in a Level III class.

Cardio Kick-Boxing Basic Level Course

Cardio Combustion is a hybrid event?a mix of aerobics, kickboxing, and dance. Cardio Kick-Boxing puts your kicks and punches in sequence?there is no stopping. It is a great way to burn calories and work specific muscle groups. Body awareness and core stability is enhanced because the entire body is integrated, and concentration is necessary. Performed safely, this exercise protocol can augment any fitness regimen.

In Cardio Kick-Boxing you?ll be striking into the air. Bags and pads provide resistance as you strike; in Cardio-Combustion you create your own resistance. You will be taught correct form?how to throw a punch and kick safely.

You will also be taught how to TEACH and put together a workshop to share the heavy bag sequences, and the cardio kick-boxing sequences.

When used as part of a hydraulic circuit class, the equipment stations become the recovery stations, to bring heart rate down. Resistance on equipment should be on light settings. Pace should be moderate to slow depending on individual.

Adding this class will impact retention in your club! It mixes it up in a fun and effective way.
