Our warranties are the best in the industry and our reputation for high-quality workmanship is excellent. Many of our customers have owned their machines for over 20-years without the need for repair. However, we want you to consider a few things before you place an order.

1) We are a build-to-order manufacturer. We do not keep equipment in stock. All orders are built as they come in and to the customer's specifications. You can choose from several paint colors and from 55-upholstery colors. This means that all orders are custom orders; we do not accept returns.

2) Build times can vary. On the average, build-times range from 4 to 6 weeks. Overseas shipments should allow an additional 30-days transit time.
